At the heart of my multifaceted practice is a deep, holistic understanding of the interconnectedness of all things- the mind, body, and spirit; The individual and the natural world. Drawing on over 20 years of combined experience as both a registered nurse and an Intuitive Energy Healer, I have developed a uniquely integrative approach that bridges the gap between both conventional and alternative medicine. As a registered nurse, I have witnessed first-hand how modern medical practices often neglect the spiritual, emotional, and psychological needs of patients, focusing solely on physical symptoms and failing to address the deeper, interconnected dimensions of human well-being. In contrast, my holistic approach considers the whole person, recognizing that true and lasting healing must address the mind, body, spirit, and the intricate web of relationships between our inner and outer worlds. An intuitive energy healer, Usui Reiki master, medical intuitive, and energetic land healer, I work directly with the energy body to find the root cause of imbalances of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body, facilitate healing, restore balance, and remove blockages that can hinder the body's natural healing processes. I believe our energy fields are constantly interacting with and reacting to the energies of the Earth, other people, our homes and workplaces- Indeed, the entirety of our lived environment. This understanding of the deep, reciprocal connection between the human health and the natural world is a central tenet of my work. My connection, inspiration and deep healing from the natural world brought Collective Roots Holistic Healing into being. It is my passion to support others in remembering and returning to nature and reconnecting to the Earth. Beyond the energy healing of our bodies, I help my clients deep in their communication with spirits of the land and home, empowering them to create more harmonious, abundant, and balanced surroundings through energetic land healing/clearing. In my view, healing the land and the environment is inherently linked into the healing the individual, and vice versa. By recognizing and honoring this profound interdependence, my integrative methods offer a unique perspective on how we can cultivate health, harmony, and wholeness within ourselves and our natural world. Ultimately, my multifaceted practice aims to promote comprehensive well-being by bridging the gap between conventional and alternative approaches.
