It involves gentle hand placements on or over the body where I as the practitioner, facilitate the channel for life force energy to flow through you; clearing away energy that can present itself as heavy/un-serving, then filling the space cleared with loving light to nourish your body’s natural ability to heal. It helps to reduce stress and anxiety; boosts your mood; and can help to improve sleep. Reiki also brings balance to your energy field and the chakra systems within and around your body. With your consent, crystal placement may sometimes be incorporated.

As an Intuitive Energy Healer and Usui Reiki Master, Erica employs a holistic approach that addresses underlying emotional, energetic, and spiritual imbalances or blocks, utilizing a combination of various healing modalities. We are tapped into experiences from this life, family systems, ancestral trauma, other lifetimes, and collective pain. I tune into the client's energy field to identify these unconscious patterns, unresolved feelings, and traumas that are held within the physical and energetic body. My perspective is rooted in the idea that our body is a self-regulating system with the innate ability to repair and heal itself. As a facilitator and guide, I help others tap into their inherent healing potential and transformative journey. This process often involves creating a safe space for exploration, encouraging self-awareness, and providing tools and techniques for personal growth.
These sessions can be completed in person or distantly. For distant sessions, I will call you at the scheduled appointment time to review any questions or intentions that you might have. After the conversation, I encourage participants to find a quiet and comfortable space to lay down and relax for the session. After the session, I will call you and provide a summary along with any resources or recommendations that may help you continue your journey.

You will lie fully clothed on a comfortable, warm massage table. The sessions are deeply relaxing. Through the use of gentle touch, the healing energy helps to reestablish a healthy flow and balance in the mind, body, and spirit. This promotes holistic healing and well-being for the client.
