ARE YOU READY TO START YOUR HEALING JOURNEY?

Preparing for your Appointment

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in. Layers are recommended, as your body temperature may shift during energy work.

  • Nothing is required, but you're welcome to bring water, a journal, or anything that helps you feel centered.

  • Every person’s experience is different, and how you feel after a session can vary depending on the type of service and where you are in your personal journey. It’s completely normal to feel tired or introspective as your energy integrates and shifts.

We encourage you to give yourself space after your appointment—drink water, rest if needed, and take note of any emotions or insights that arise. Trust that your body and spirit are doing the work they need in perfect timing. If you have any questions or feel the need for extra support, we’re always here to help.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in and begin your session feeling grounded.

  • We recommend a light meal or snack beforehand. Avoid heavy meals or stimulants like caffeine if possible.

  • We believe that each healing journey is deeply personal and unique. While we do not guarantee specific outcomes, we practice our services with care, intention, and experience to support your growth and well-being. The effectiveness of our services depends on many factors, including your openness, consistency, and personal readiness for change. We are here to walk alongside you, offering tools, guidance, and support every step of the way.

Please note that all services at Collective Roots are intended to complement—not replace—medical or psychiatric care. We are not responsible for any personal decisions made as a result of our sessions. Always consult with your healthcare provider regarding any physical or mental health concerns.
